Diagnostic & the real map
What's actually at stake, who holds the power, and where the current approach is quietly costing you.
A six-session executive coaching engagement for C-level leaders, founders and senior managers — for the moments where the cost of ambiguity is measured in more than time.

I have spent years leading people and decisions where every choice carries weight, and I know from experience what it costs a leader to stay clear-headed under pressure. Today I bring that same rigor to leadership development, trained through the Co-Active method, working directly with every client myself — no juniors, no diluted attention.
Vridi works with people who lead under real scrutiny and real consequence — not generalist leadership advice adapted after the fact.
Generic coaching optimises for confidence. High-stakes leadership requires something else: judgment that holds up under scrutiny, decisions made well before all the information arrives, and authority that survives contact with competing priorities in the same room.
Delivered over roughly twelve weeks, each session builds on the last — structured around the Vridi Method, moving from diagnosis to a leadership approach you can carry past the final conversation.
What's actually at stake, who holds the power, and where the current approach is quietly costing you.
Building a decision-making approach for moments when the full picture will never arrive in time.
Holding authority and pace when scrutiny is constant and the margin for error is public.
Navigating the real dynamics between departments, functions, and the teams caught between them.
Moving an organisation, not just a policy — sequencing, resistance, and what actually shifts behaviour.
Converting the engagement into a concrete operating approach for the quarter ahead.
Most programs treat leadership, communication and emotional regulation as separate topics. In practice they're sequential: you can't decide well without being regulated, and you can't communicate with authority without having decided.
Responding from clarity instead of reacting from pressure — the foundation everything else depends on.
Making decisions with authority, even with incomplete information.
Holding relationships and disagreement without avoiding it or letting it escalate.
Expressing the decision, the boundary, the hard feedback — clearly enough to be understood and respected.
Vridi isn't a quick fix, and it isn't a personality assessment. It's not life coaching, and it's not therapy. It's a demanding space for leaders willing to have their assumptions questioned — and to do the work between sessions, not just during them. If you're looking for reassurance, this isn't it. If you're looking for clarity, it is.
Vridi (VREE-dee) comes from the Sanskrit vṛddhi: growth, strengthening. The strongest version of something that already existed.
Vridi is led by a Co-Active trained executive coach based in Geneva, with a long career leading people and decisions in demanding environments. The work is practical and confidential, and it applies to leaders and teams in any industry.
Coaching. It is a relationship built on trust, where coach and client create the work together. The answers and the decisions are yours; my role is to ask the right questions, offer tools and help bring out the potential already in you. We don't diagnose or treat, and if something calls for therapy or specialist advice, I'll say so.
It tends to fit if you lead people or decisions, you're open to being challenged, and you're curious about how you lead. It depends on you: I bring the tools and the structure, but the practice between sessions and the willingness to explore and change are yours to bring. It tends not to fit if you want quick tips or someone to validate decisions already made.
A private, no-obligation conversation to understand your situation, what you want to change, and whether we're a good fit. If we are, I'll outline how the six sessions would be shaped for you. If not, I'll tell you honestly.
Over roughly twelve weeks, following the Vridi Method: Ground, Decide, Navigate, Voice. We start with a diagnostic, work on your real situations session by session, and close with a concrete 90-day plan.
Yes. The team format follows the same method, adapted to group dynamics: how the team decides, handles conflict and communicates. The scope is defined together in the first call.
What you say in sessions stays between us. If your organisation sponsors the engagement, we agree upfront what, if anything, is shared (for example, the objectives and overall progress), and nothing beyond that without your consent.
I can't promise outcomes, and nobody honest can. What I commit to is a clear set of objectives agreed at the start, a structured process, and a concrete plan at the end. The success of the process depends on you: the practice you put in and your desire to create change.
In English or Spanish, whichever suits you or your team best.
A private call to understand the situation, confirm fit, and outline how the program would be sequenced for you or your team.
